Grass pollen extract is a novel vaccine for treatment of seasonal allergic reactions from grass, tree or ragweed pollen allergy. Its formualation combines chemically modified allergens adsorbed onto a L-tyrosine with addition of the immunostimulatory adjuvant monophosphoryl lipid A (MPL), to improve efficacy.
